I have been training and teaching Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong for the past 12 years. I have trained in the UK, Spain and America and in that time I have discovered the healing and health benefits of Chi.
At times life's path can seem a struggle for many of us. If we can learn not to fight life but to accept it and go with the flow you will be amazed how easy life can become.
Simply learning to gain a full energetic connection and with full chi flow you can change how you go about your daily life. Through the work of Qigong and Taoist arts it will teach you to trigger the bodies natural healing energy.
If you are mentally and emotionally tense then this will reflect in the physical body, in order for our bodies to be healthier we have to learn to be aware of not only our physical body but of our mind and emotions. If we can make small changes in the way we deal with everyday life and situations we will be physically healthier.
This is not easy work and this is not a quick fix idea, and how we have lived our lives so far will have impacted upon the physical body. If we can look at the physical, mental and emotional triggers that create a reaction within us, that only creates self harm and start to change them, our life and relationships with others will change for the better.
